Initially “Blic Solution” LLC started its activities as Individually registered enterprise established by Sherif Krasniqi.

With the aim to become point of reference for call center and IT solution services in the global market, company was transformed to LLC with the new contemporary brand.

Current Blic Solution Management: Mr. Sherif Krasniqi –Founder/CEO; Mr. Emin Krasniqi – IT/ISMS Manager.

During 2014, company has employed about 70 people.

Sherif hold a master degree in General Management, moreover, he is certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001. He has long experience in management and he is highly motivated to be modern and flexible CEO.

Sales Manager

Petra is our sales manager. She has more than 20 years experience in sales, acquisition, management development, multi level marketing, coaching, power selling, side by side coaching, telemarketing, team leader, sales management, leads generation, office/field service, inbound/outbound.

Emin Krasniqi

CIO

Emin hold a BSc degree in Computer Science. He has more than 5 years experience in Software Engineering in various local and international companies dealing with production, services, trainings etc.

Shkelzen Maralushaj

Quality Manager

Shkelzen has a M.A. degree on English and American Studies, from the TU Chemnitz in Germany. His long working experience ranges from teaching to managing a branch office of a large international company. His team spirit and commitment, communication and intercultural skills, are good premises in fulfilling our quality standards.

Finance Manager

Degree from the Faculty of Economics - Business Administration. Master student in Accounting - Auditing. Experience in finance and other experiences abroad.
